Fall Activities at Glenbridge

October is always an exciting time for our Long Term Care Residents! We are looking forward to celebrating the upcoming holidays!

We have plunged our way through October, beginning with ASU Music Therapy Students singing and playing instruments with our residents. Our art activities for the month have included painting Fall wood crafts, including wood pumpkins, leaves, and acorns. Residents have had fun making decorative pillows for the season.

Last week we counted our steps with the help of Kindred at Home. Kindred provided us with pedometers and T-shirts for our resident participants. Our Grand Prize winner took over 25,000 steps. Congratulations, Mollye Hulbert! Great job!

We have been going on outings to look at the beautiful Mountain Fall foliage in the last several weeks. Yes, we are Leaf Peepers and Ice Cream Lovers!😊

We are getting ready for our Halloween Cakewalk on Friday, where we will wear our costumes. Stay tuned for our Spooktacular pictures on our Facebook page!
