Our Admissions Office at Glenbridge Health & Rehabilitation
At Glenbridge Health & Rehabilitation, our mission is to bring you the highest quality of care every step along the way, including admissions into our facility. Our Admissions Department receives referrals from hospitals and other facilities; our job is to assess each patient’s needs and make sure they are a good fit for the types of care we provide.
If you have any questions about our facility, insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, transitioning to long-term care, specific medical needs of a loved one, discharges, or transfers, our Admissions Coordinator is here to help! We assist with family members, admissions departments at other facilities/hospitals, and insurance companies to ensure that the transition to becoming a part of the Glenbridge Family is as smooth as possible.
